Quote and agreement
We price the project from your format, strength, flavor and packaging, confirm the minimum order, and put timelines and terms in writing before anything starts.
Samples and approval
Samples are dispatched within 3 to 5 days. You check taste, pouch feel and packaging artwork. Custom flavors add a development round before final approval.
Production and testing
After approval, production takes as little as 3 to 4 weeks. Every batch gets a nicotine content test against the label claim, and your account manager keeps you updated.
Shipping and documents
Goods ship from our Indonesia, Macau or China factory depending on the product, with the production documents you need for your market.
Reorders and support
Your formula and artwork stay on file, so reorders can move in as little as 2 to 3 weeks. Your account manager remains your single contact for changes and new flavors.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order?
For nicotine pouches, from 3,000 tins per flavor. For oral dissolving film, from 50,000 films per flavor. For energy pouches, 3,000 tins per SKU with a 5-SKU minimum (15,000 tins total).
How fast can you ship?
Samples go out within 3 to 5 days. After sample approval, production takes as little as 3 to 4 weeks. Reorders can move in 2 to 3 weeks because your formula and artwork stay on file.
Can I get my own exclusive flavor?
Yes. Our group is a flavor and fragrance specialist, so custom flavor development is a core strength, including Crush Ball. Ownership of a custom recipe is agreed in writing before development starts.
Can you make my existing formula?
Yes. If you already have a blend, we can produce to your specification. If you would rather start from scratch, our ODM service develops the formula with you.
Are your facilities certified?
Our production follows GMP and ISO 9001 quality systems, and we hold FDA facility registration and licensed nicotine handling. Ask us for the details for the base that will make your product.
Who is responsible for regulatory compliance?
We manufacture to the written specification you give us and provide production documents to support your filings. Registration, labeling and legal sale in your destination market remain your responsibility as the brand owner or importer, so confirm local requirements with a regulatory advisor before you order.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Terms are agreed in your quote. Tell us your destination and preferred shipping term, such as EXW or FOB, and we will confirm what we can offer.
