Why we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes and samples, and manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our team. If you click the WhatsApp button, you leave this site and your chat is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. If you choose a language other than English in the language menu, the page is translated by Google Translate, which then receives your browser details under Google's terms. Fonts on this site are hosted by us and are not loaded from third parties.

Cookies and browser storage

We store two small items in your browser: a note that you confirmed the adults-only notice, and your chosen language. Both are functional. We do not set advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing us. Because we are based in China, your data is processed there.
